Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom and selected EU countries. Your order is sent from our partner warehouse.
- UK delivery: 4-10 working days from the date you order. Most products arrive in 4-5 working days, and a small number can take 6-10 working days.
- UK cost: £4.99 on orders under £50. Free delivery on orders of £50 or more.
- EU delivery: £9.99, with delivery times usually longer than the UK.
Once your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking link where one is available. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by busy periods, weather and courier delays.
If your order has not arrived within 14 working days, please contact us and we will investigate.
Returns and refunds
You can change your mind and return most items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Hygiene and personal care products: for health and hygiene reasons, products that were sealed when delivered cannot be returned once the seal has been broken or the packaging opened, unless they are faulty.
How to return an item:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before we confirm.
- Post the item back with proof of postage. Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded if you cancel the whole order.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and you will not pay for the return postage. This does not affect your legal rights.
